Nan,

For a digital rolodex, the only thing that comes to mind is a smart phone. 
Aside from phone numbers, you can add emails, fax numbers, and postal 
addresses to Android phones. while I haven't checked whether all these 
fields are available on the iPhone, I'm thinking they probably are.

If you already have a BrailleNote, you can set up an address book database. 
Other devices may have something similar. I suppose you can make mp3 files 
of individual contacts and put them on your Victor Stream, BookSense, etc. 
That's a lot of work, but it may be worth it in the end.

Not sure of specific devices.
