Hello Leslie:

The way I like to insert bullets is to type everything out first.  Then
highlight the block of text I want to be bulletted.  Then right click or
press the context menu key and arrow down to bullets and press the enter
key.

then expand the selection of the types of bullets and just use the
microsoft ones and tab to the OK button and press the spacebar or enter
key, what ever works best for you.
