Does anyone have an idea of how to handle multi-page PDF files? I have
several textbooks that are over 1,000 pages. Fortunately, I was able to
obtain them in a word processor format from the publisher. However, I
realize that most publishers just love the PDF format. Unfortunately, when
I open the boo, I only get the first page, which is blank. However, I
haven't had any difficulty with regular PDF files. Any suggestions?
