You can use the Windows search mechanism. Go to Start Menu -> Search -> 
For Files and Folders ....

Now that Google Desktop Enterprise indexes Lotus Notes, I've become a 
big fan of Google Desktop, which is obviously another option if you've 
got it installed and your drives indexed.
