Hi,

I'd believe it all right! I think the reason for it was that there was a
problem of some sort with the blindcooltech site, at least there was when I
tried to download from it on Saturday last. (I am subscribed to the RSS
feed. No files would open on the site, and at best Internet Explorer would
take an inordinately long time trying to get to the Web site.) .) I will
check on it soon, make sure it's working as before. I emailed Larry about
it on Saturday.

(Yes, I'm downloading from it now as I speak.)

Subject: [VICUG-L] you won't believe this folks, but it fixed itself!

Hi all,
Well, you all remember my computer (the Windows XP machine), not letting me
download anything on the internet.
Well, I turned it on today, and tried to download the newest audio file from

http://www.blindcooltech.com

and I pressed enter on the link, and what do ya know? The download dialogue
box pops up, like it is supposed to!
I have no idea folks, how it fixed itself, but the computer fixed itself. I
touched nothing, absolutely nothing!
Can't explain it. Anybody got a hunch how it might have done this?
Now I was listening to the latest main menu show from 30 May, and I did hear
the hard drive whirling a bit, so, who knows? Maybe xp was fixing itself,
then.
Hopefully, it's fixed for good.
Harry
