Hi, everyone.
I guess I'm very behind the times on this one, but I admit to never 
having used a DVD myself.  I don't even own a DVD player.

So now I'm wondering how a blind person accesses DVDs?  How can we 
tell what the menu choices are and select the one we want - or, 
rather, maybe I should be asking whether we even CAN access DVDs 
independently?  I'm assuming that menu options are not spoken.
