thank you all for your help. want to hear the weirdest thing yet? not
knowing what to do i opened er up and noticed the fan cooling block on
processor was extremely clogged with caked dust/dirt, i removed it, sprayed
it all down nice and clean, re-installed(dry of coarse) and wah-lah! no
password came up- went right inti windows, ran it for over 3 days, non-stop,
no problems. Go figure!#@$%%#@%%^^
