When I first did Paleo 5 years ago, I shunned salt. Now that I'm back on
it, I'm using moderate amounts of sea salt and couldn't be happier. Salting
your meat before cooking it brings the flavor out in a real way.  I don't
salt the crap out of it... just a little with some pepper and some other
seasonings from time to time (paprika, chili powder, etc)

Don't fear salt as long as you don't overkill with it.
