Know what I think happens? Your body also remembers gluconeogenesis.
So you don't lose weight after the golden ticket has been redeemed
because the body just remembers that trick and makes sugar out of
excess protein.
I think of good nutrition as consisting of three stages. First eat
only The types and classes of foods our paleo forbears would have
consumed without regard to carbs. Banana? No problem. Second phase is
low carb paleo. The third level is low carb, moderate protein, high fat.
