Wow, that's bizarre how differently it affects people.  Mine started at age 16 and only lasted a few minutes.  Had them every six months or so.  Now, at age 47, they started to debilitate, sigh.  I AM seriously taking your advice to heart...still haven't researched the pemmican sites you sent me, but again, other urgent family stuff right now, but I will.  BUT, I WILL say that I have been foregoing some of the carbs I would have normally eaten in the last couple of days since you told me this, so yay.  Still had my mini chocolate bar, though, lol.

Love,
Bren, appreciating you

Recently they did, but when they started in 1995 they lasted 5 to 6 hours.
Took a few years to learn that diet was the way to control it, and as I learned more they got shorter, until now on zero carb/hard core paleo I don't get them at all. (fingers crossed)
There is collateral damage which I hope to fix with diet or whatever it takes.
This why I hope that you will get serious about the diet, so you will avoid the crippled lifestyle.

It seriously took 'til a couple-three years ago before I

My doc thought it was atrial fibrillation, which is trivial. Never did a test to see what it was. When he left town I found another doc who sent me to a specialist in internal medicine, wore the recording machine and got the real diagnosis, and was told "Any one of these can kill you."
