I agree 100 percent. People are addicted to sugar and/or fructose, not
to the cocoa itself. The PEA in cocoa is insignificant at best and in
any case, paleo man could do a lot better with other wild herbs and/or
mushrooms.
Having read a lot of good stuff about cocoa I'm sticking with my daily
1/2 oz of raw organic cocoa. I used to take about 500 mg in capsule
form for the past two years but have move to the raw organic stuff and a
larger dosage. I do sweeten it up with stevia and I expect that paleo
man used to at least chew stevia leaves.
