I mean lean bodyweight.  That is, if a person is presently 200 lbs and 20%  
bodyfat, then their lean bodyweight is 160 lbs (the other 40 lbs being  
fat).  Base the calculations on the 160, not the 200.  There's no sense  
feeding the fat.
