Hi, all,

After using my desktop computer, Jaws, and Windows Vista (classic view) for
years, suddenly my start menu seems to disappear, and I cannot move around
my desktop. I can unload Jaws, start it again, and land on the start
button, and if I hit the application key I can then get to the programs, but
in order to make things normal i have to reboot. I have done all the usual
updates to the present and I would say this started about two weeks ago. I
also have Jaws 11 now and it did not fix the problem. Any suggestions?

Regards,

Ilene
