Go to her windows explorer. I am not familiar with Vista but it should 
be the same. Look in her directory under programs. Look for Adobe. Open 
that directory and see if there is a sub directory for 8. If there is, 
look in that directory for 'uninstal.exe' or something of that type. If 
none of this is there then try re-installing 8 and try this again.
