Hi all,
I use a laptop, running windows xp home edition, running jfw 9.0, and I just installed microsoft word.
Here's the problem.  I went to programs, then clicked microsoft word, and I got this message, "document 1 Microsoft word, edit".  That is the message I need to get, but then, it says "microsoft word launcher, preparing to install 0%.  Folks, it's already installed.
How to fix this?  I need to use microsoft word, it's the only spell checker word processor, because wordpad won't do it, and wordpad won't let me address envelopes either.
Someone talk me through this and tell me what I did wrong.
