So roasted and blanched hazelnuts should have a considerably lower phitic
acid content than what's in the chart. I usually eat about 50gr per day,
that's why I'm asking...

Don't know anything about roasted. I never eat cooked nuts.
I would think the roasting would screw up the already unstable fats in the
nuts.
