I have occasionally taken it in this jellied form (but using only 1 heaped
teaspoon in a glass of water). In this proportion, it is still easy to
drink, and it is quite tasteless, so not at all unpleasant. I assume that
the result would still be the same, as the same ingredients are going into
the body, just a little more mixed than they would be if it were drunk
immediately after stirring.
Or is there a difference?
