I'd look into a different significant other; what a weird condition.

Subject: raising antennas

Hi all, I have a situation here.
I live in a rented house.
I want to raise an hf and a dule band antenna for 2 meters and 70 cm.
first issue is, I'm not allowed anymore than 4-4.5 meters off the ground.
second issue is, as part of the conditions under which I was allowed to
go obtain my license, as set down by my significant other, I'm not
allowed to have any other hams here to help.
therefore, I must undertake this venture on my own.
does anyone have any ideas as to what I could do, given I have no
useable trees in the vacinity?
any help would be greatly appreciated.
thanks in advance.
