The Sensible Celiac is a community website for people affected by
celiac disease.

Hosted by Steve's Web Hosting, a private web hosting company, the
Sensible Celiac offers
a discussion forum, a large number of gluten free recipes, YouTube
videos, news about
celiac disease and the gluten free diet, a special section of
scientific and medical news,
and online shopping for gluten free food and GF cookbooks.

Founded in May 2004, the Sensible Celiac was created in an effort to
challenge disinformation
and promote a scientific approach to dealing with celiac disease and
the GF diet. The site
has grown slowly but steadily. The discussion forum now has over 350
members and over 3,000
messages.

The Gluten Free Recipes section of the discussion forum has hundreds
of messages with
summaries of GF recipes found on various websites using an automatic
process. Each
message includes a link to the item on the source site. By using the
search function in the
GF recipes board you are effectively doing a GF recipe meta search
across various recipe
sources, including original recipes posted by forum members.

You are invited to create a free account in the forum, why not join
today?
