Hi All--
I have a recipe using three cups of GF flour. I want to make a Bisquick-type
baking mix. Can anyone tell me how much baking powder, baking soda and salt
I need to add for leavening? (I don't want to use a premade mix like
Pamela's...)
If it would help, I'm using the mix to make sausage and cheese appetizers,
which calls for 3 cups Bisquick, 8 oz cheddar cheese and 1 lb sausage.
