I just discovered 123 Gluten Free mixes (http://www.123glutenfree.com/) at
Whole Foods. I usually don't use mixes too much, but the buttermilk
biscuits were great. The mix was expensive ($9), but worth it for having my
first good biscuits in about a decade. The mixes are cheaper from 123
Gluten Free's website ($7.50), but shipping probably makes it about the
same. You can see some pictures of them at www.iHateWheat.com
I have no affiliation or interest in 123 Gluten Free, that's just my first
really good experience with a baking mix other than brownies.

Thanks,
Steve
