I read this article in Sunday's paper about doctors treating severe
cases of peanut allergy by training the immune system to handle it.
The article also suggested that they could try the same technique
to counter gluten intolerance. If so, there is hope for us, even if it
only allows us to have a little gluten a day - eventually.
