Exactly what do you want to know.  I never used 2003  so I can't tell you
the difference.  All I know is you can have multiple email accounts, your
calendar, and address book all in one spot.  There is some adjustments you
need to make to help it run with a screen reader, like turning off the
preview pain in each folder, and a few others.  But let me know what else
you would like to know.
