Harleen, 

Some of us have had issues with depression.  I know I have.  How old is your sister?  What is her life like?  Does she have a social life?  Can she get a communication device?  All these things factor into and have an impact on depression.   Anthony Atrnold, one of the list members, can better help you with communication devices.
