Men with high calcium levels ( usually promoted as a benefit of dairy consumption) have a much greater risk of death ( 3x) from prostrate cancer. Women with high bone density ( also touted by the dairy industry as a benefit of dairy consumption) also have a much greater risk ( 4.5x) of breast cancer.
We all know the effect on breast tissue development from exposure to hormones produced during lactation. Is it any wonder that a lifetime of exposure to high levels of bovine ( non-human) forms of these hormones might produce uncontrollable breast tissue development ( i.e. breast cancer).

High amounts of glucose cross-bind with protein molecules in the vascular system resulting in plaque.

There is an excellent video from the University of California, SF, about this here:
"Fructose is Poison - the lecture" [90 minutes]

The first 45 minutes is descriptive and the second half is all of the supporting biochemistry.
