A Canadian would probably answer better, but I understand they also do  
volunteer exams. The exams are also free, and the license is good for  
life. I actually wanna get a VA call, too, even though I know I don't  
have to (just for fun, you know), and I hope next time I go to visit,  
I can do it. Really.
