I don't know if you'd be interested, but contact Tony Lacy at Nu-Ware.
I have used his Nu-morse software to do a Morse Code on our local 2-meter
repeater.
It can give you tutorials of any kind at various speeds, and you can import
text files into the software, and have them sent via CW.
It isn't free, though, but I think it only costs about $25 in American
dollars.
His software is fairly Jaws friendly, and I once beta tested one of his
Nu-Morse versions, in which he designed some hot keys for popular commands
and applications.
