Hello Bobby:
Yes, I have the TS-2000 and I use the hand held Kenwood TH-D7AG and also the 
TM-D710A.
It is very possible for a blind person to go into Sky Command by himself 
after the initial set up with sighted help.
I have been doing it for about 7 years now.
The matter of putting call signs in is impossible for a blind person to do 
alone.
