Well I've gotten a few replies to my initial inquiry on creating your own 
personal web page, but I guess I wasn't thinking clearly about the hosting 
issue.

I guess I could try to host my web page through Ferris, but sometimes their 
tech support and reliability isn't the best.

Can one create a web page from something like yahoo or google?

Again, I'll take replies on list, but don't want to clutter the list up with 
this off topic discussion too much.
