that dont make sence as the actual hours of darkness does not alter only
the time it gets dark and light move by one hour. the amount of power
comsumed by street lights remain the same. shops keep lights burning all
day anyway. Any one driving to or from wont use more fuel as far as i
know there isno more consumption of gas if headlights on or off.
