how do i transmit on one band? That is, 144.490 be cause it also transmits on 145.800 when it should recieve on that part of the band. i'm also hearing a carier on, 144.490 that i can't get rid of. how do i get rid of that carier? i want to work iss. oh yah, who ever you are,
