Hi.

That was the case with mine as well.  I had to buy the wall wart 
separately.  On the other hand, when I bought my TW-2, it was included.  Go 
figure.  It was either that, or AES just sent the wall wart along because 
they were trying to clear their inventory--I'm not sure which was the case.
