Thank you for your help with the Diclofenac Sodium, here's are the responses below,

 * I have been taking Diclofenac Sodium by Watson for a number of years with no 
celiac-related effects.  I find it very effective for my arthritis pain.

 * Another used Voltaren Gel for a painful tendon in wrist.  It 
helped, but did not cure the problem.   Said the Volaren was pretty expensive too.

(Although I got the generic and wasn't expensive at all.  I ended up not using it because of the side effects.)

* Another person said they have used it for years and had no problems.
