Here is information I have received from manufacturers.

Propranolol is not gluten free. it contains cellulose that is sometimes made 
with corn and sometimes with wheat.

Diclofenac contains no gluten ingredients but there could be cross-
contamination. The manufacturer (Actavis) does not test any of their 
medications for gluten.

Primidone is gluten free. The manufacturer, Lannett, states that all of their 
products are gluten free.
