I am seeking advice on how to deal with a change in my digestive system.
Since discovering that I had Celiac Disease seven years ago, I have been
able to handle things pretty well with diet. However, I have been
experiencing more incidents of constipation and burping, and difficulties
with gas generally. Does anyone have a good gluten free laxative suggestion
or other ingestion options? Also, is this something I should visit with my
GI doctor about, or will "this too pass"? I am 65 years old, which could be
a factor, but I would just as soon not have to live with this the rest of my
life.
Thanks for you insights and suggestions in advance,
Dave
