Hello! I believe that I have had an adverse gluten reaction (pretty
severe one) to some GF flours produced under the brand name of NOW
(nowfoods.com).
I did contact the company, and while they sanitize equipment between
types of products, they are definitely not a dedicated GF facility.
I was also concerned when I saw that they also produce pure Gluten
Starch among their flour products, which would (I am assuming) be run
on the same lines as GF products.
I am curious if anyone else has tried this brand of GF flours, and if
you have had good luck or problems with it.
