See if that timeout feature can be changed.  I have such an account whose 
default was 10 min; I was able to change it to 30 minutes with a simple 
parameter adjustment.  Agreed, that kind of thing can be annoying.


I have to 2nd Stan's comment on Wachovia's site.  Straightforward, easy to 
use and like him, I've never tried the so-called friendlier page.
The one cautionary note I would add is that Wachovia is now owned by Well 
Fargo which, so far, has kept the Wachovia brand name alive.  At this 
point, Wachovia customers can transact businesses at WFC offices; whether 
or not Wachovia will remain a separate entity only time will tell. 
Oh yes, just so there is no confusion: the time out feature was at a bank 
other than Wachovia.
