Dear Max:
Just a few comments on your message, AFB's message and the survey.
I have never had any vision, so I am not a person with vision loss ---
I am a person who is blind. Hope AFB doesn't mind that I took their
survey.
I was surprised that your message offered me "Best Regards" without a
signature.
I would also like to mention that this survey assumed that I used my
financial institution's web site rather than asking me if I do use it.
