Hi Nan

I have been reading the replies on this thread. I am new to thinking
about this but do you mean content that is already in a format that can
go to NLS and then something about rights for distribution and then
just add to catalog?

The point of that path is to be able to add stuff faster than just wait
for something to become a bestseller, so things like from small presses
have space to develop rreadership and materials get wider readership at
the same time.

This is different from just scan and add to bookshare but instead get
things available to blind readers at the same time as everyone else. Is
NLS is the way to go with this? I can think of some small press /
speciality market folks that I think would LOVE ways to make
accessibility simple.

Am I missing soemthing big here?

Thanks

Does anyone know if there is a way to request certain books be added to
the NLS BARD catalog? A procedure, an email address, a web site,
anything.
