I do not agree that being rude and loud is the way to get things done or even a way to get things done even though it seems to get results, it undermines the processes that others are working on quietly that are yielding results.  It kind of reminds me of a careful stake out being ruined by a nitwit officer who just wants to make an arrest.

I'm surprised the nfb was not mentioned in this article because they are certainly present through out it and the layout is horrible for accessability.

Alex does not sound like hal.
