Hi,

Go into outlook Express Tools | Options | Security Tab. Tab into the
ensuing dialogue, and you come to a checkbox, "do not allow attachments
to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus": uncheck that
with spacebar. Tab to OK and enter.
