Hmm, I've used both programs and never seen the problem you've described.
One suggestion is to use System Restore and go back to a restore point just
before you cleaned your system.

I cleaned up my computer today, ran C Cleaner, and super anti-spy-ware.  Now
when I open up internet explorer, it won't display headings, and won't show
all the form fields.  So basically it won't let me sign in to any of my
accounts like face book, hotmail, sams club ocssion, or anything.  Thank
goodness I'm using outlook 2007 so I can get some help.  Using Jaws 10 and
IE 8.
