Someone from another list had the same problem. She has an older version of 
Jaws, and when she updated to IE 8, she kept hearing, "Open parent document 
button."

She called Freedom Scientific for help and was told that she would need Jaws 
10 for IE8, so she went back to the previous version of IE.
