In terms of IE7, yes you are missing a step. the insert+ctrl+semicolon is like insert+f7--it only shows a list of onmouseover links. What you have to do is after finding the link and pressing enter on it, you must press insert+ctrl+enter to get the screen to actually change. In the case of the website I sent earlier, the changes begin on line 5 from the top--information that JAWS should supply you. Again, this last step does not work with either IE8 or Mozilla Firefox.
