I have a copy of WinTrans, and can send it to folk who email me off list
requesting it. [The former Wintran-bt download site has been taken over by
spammers.]

Another thing or two to say here, by way of amending comments to another
post, is that besides working with an embosser - whether it be in NFBTrans
or WinTrans it will work with a refreshable braille display set to Grade 1.
Its braille files can also be read and converted in OpenBook and Kurzweil
1000, and, indeed, in any other braille-reading PDA or braille note-taker.
WinTrans includes a file of instructions on its use. YMMV. That said, I
have and use Duxbury mainly.
