Hello All:
I received a call from someone with two problems that I can't figure out
a solution too. Both problems occur when he's on the internet using
Internet Explorer 6. This person is a JAWS user as well.
First, when he presses ctrl-P to bring up the print menu, he gets the
list of printers with his default printer selected. If he tabs he gets
printer options, then if he tabs again, he's back to something that
looks like his list of printers. He doesn't get the things like Print
to File, Number of Copies, or the print and cancel buttons.
His second problem is that all he has showing for the menu bar are file
and edit near the right side of the screen.
Has anyone ever seen something like these problems and if so, do you
have any ideas how to solve them? I'm thinking there could be some
malware or something running that is messing things up. What program
would you suggest I have him download and run to try finding and
removing this malware? Again, this only happens when he's running
Internet Explorer 6.
Thanks,
