Hi Renee:
This could be a total "shot in the dark" (as it were), but, if you're using
JAWS, do you have your keyboard set to "laptop" in the options / basics
menu?
Assuming you are using JAWS, hit "insert J", right arrow once to "basic",
hit enter; tab six times to the keyboard layout combo box, use your up and
down arrow keys to select laptop, then tab three times to OK, and hit enter.
HTH!
John

Subject: [VICUG-L] Lap Top
Hello All,
I bought an IBM lap top, and the technician came to install programs
yesterday. Have a problem I am hoping someone on the list can help me with
though. My left and right arrow keys do not appear to be functioning
properly. They are saying F18 and F19. Any advice as to what I can do about
this?
Thank you for your support,
Renee
