I find this response to be very rude. What I find annoying is a person
who complains about something that there is no complaint about. I think
the wrong person apologized to the group.
I have noticed with this group that people are quick to complain about
little things yet fail to say thank you when a question is answered.
This guys question wasn't addressed so he asked again. You got 'annoyed'
because he asked twice? What do you think he is doing? Sitting at his
keyboard trying to decide on new and better ways to annoy you or the
group? No, he needs help and thought that this would be the place to
find it.
Grow up and contribute something constructive.
