Hello all. I have some info that I hope is relevant to this list:
I am a subscriber to Timewarner cable. As all of you know who are Timewarner
subscribers, they are changing the lineup for the digital cable throughout
the country. I called my local timewarner office to request a copy of the
new channel lineup in Braille, and I was pleasantly surprised to find out
that they have a copy of the channel lineup.
All one needs to do is to call Timewarner and ask Customer Service to send
you a copy of the new channel lineup in your area in Braille. The customer
service agent may not know if they do, but just tell them you know for a
fact that a copy of the new lineup is available in a Braille format.
