Kyle,

Mine on my neck were always done by the senior partner in the neurology
practice. The neurologist I saw regularly wasn't comfortable with doing
them, although I volunteered to be used as a "teaching case" for him.

We stopped doing the botox after it really messed with my head control. Dr.
H is probably the best neurologist I've ever encountered (and I've been seen
at teaching hospitals in Colorado, Ohio, and Wyoming).

Kendall

An unreasonable man (but my wife says that's redundant!)

The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable one
persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore, all progress
depends on the unreasonable man.

-George Bernard Shaw 1856-1950
